Minister Joshua Bair has always felt a sense of a call of God on his life. Born into a strong lineage of pastors that includes both his father and grandfather, Joshua grew up with a strong foundation in the gospel. Wrestling with the call at an early age,) he accepted the call on October 3, 2010 (and has not looked back since. His ministry at Christian Life is to touch the lives of generation z and the millennials. As the youth (and young adult pastor), he directs and coordinates a comprehensive and expanding ministry for youth and their families also known as Recoded Student Ministries. Joshua is a committed husband to his wonderful wife Breahna Bair, and they are the proud parents of a beautiful daughter, Dallas.

Markus McFolling, Founder of Reach1, is originally from Seaside California. He moved to Ohio in 2008 as a collegiate athlete, but after two years as a professional player, he suffered a career-ending shoulder injury demanding surgery after surgery leading him down a dark path of drug addiction. After losing his family and everything he knew and loved, he was inspired to make a full recovery and turn his life around. After rehabilitation and graduation from Adult and Teen Challenge Ohio Valley, his family was restored and Markus pursued his dream and life-long calling to make a difference under the name Reach1 which stands for Reconciling Every Abandoned Child Home. He now travels around the country sharing his story of overcoming adversity in schools, conferences, and community events and camps.

J.C. and Kimberly have been married since October of 2004. God has blessed them with two beautiful children: Laiklan and London Grace. J.C. has traveled the country as a keynote speaker – with invitations to camps, conferences, and even speaking at chapel services for the NFL. Pastor J.C. is an Ordained Bishop in the Church of God (Cleveland, TN). He graduated from Lee University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Pastoral Studies. He has one primary objective whenever and wherever he speaks – enthusiastically share the message of hope and the love of Jesus Christ!
